Lead Engineer

I streamlined the team’s development process by introducing CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments, which made releases more reliable and repeatable. By adopting Scrum practices, I helped cut overall development time by about 30% while ensuring all project milestones were delivered on schedule. I also led the creation of key technical documents such as: BRD, HLD, and LLD by working closely with stakeholders, so everyone had a clear, shared reference for requirements and system design. To further boost productivity, I introduced AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and Opencode into our workflow and guided the team in using them effectively.
